I was at top right of theater (if facing stage) and the seats are comfortable. They are like many seats, they are not made for overly large persons. But they are typical theater seats but comfortable in my opinion. And we could see and hear well. Theater is not large. It is good size but not huge by any means about the size of a movie theater. Hope this helps.
thetes swearing, profanity, mocking religion, sex, but very funny. it depends on how broad minded the 18 year old girl is. if she likes Southpark, then fine.
