We take a tuk tuk from Kandy city center .we can reach 10 m .it s great spot for photography.i think Arthur ‘s seat is a popular scenic spot that offers a panoramic view of Kandy city and lake .Full review by dasunpathmakumara

Our guide took us up here in a car ( glad we didn’t have to walk! ) The view is wonderful . You can clearly see the Queens hotel and temple on the far side of the lake. Good photo opportunityFull review by Brandylady
