Hello, what can be seen from the top of the Ziggurat? Are the Zagros mountains or any other landmarks visible on a clear day? Can the ruins of any other ancient cities be seen? Thanks

you can't see the zagros mountains from the top of the zigguart but you can see other structures in the old city such as old temples and the royal cemetery
it is not free but its really cheap, i think 3000 IQD or something like that. aslo sometimes the guards can let you in without paying fees. since no ticket office is on side (i know crazy) …
