Several years ago I read an article in the local newspaper about proposed development along the Riverwalk to include condos. Since then I have not heard or seen anything else. Currently there is no construction along the Riverwalk. There are a number of newer communities (developments) in the Milford area. The only one that I know has a clubhouse and pool is Hearthstone Manor. This community was begun a little before 2002.
