Is it a safe place to visit with family in the afternoon/ evening?

Surely a family place, with An aviary, children's park, boating & many more! Afternoons are really good, though sunrise also is fine. They close by 6 PM, Officially.
Why the lake is open from 8:30 onwards?.. I understand the working staff timings but this is ideal place for joggers.. You can keep the birds sanctuary open from 8:30 but you should allow for jogging from at least 6am.. That would be great actually.. Please check on it if possible...

This may be because it is developed as a bird and butterfly sanctuary. Joggers might disturb the environment for these species. They need time for themselves, you know!
