Explore our permanent galleries to learn about the impact of the First World War, Second World War and the Holocaust, view era-defining art in the new Blavatnik Art, Film and Photography Galleries, or discover our special temporary exhibitions. We recommend allocating at least two hours for your visit. For families, take part in free children’s activities every weekend and during school holidays. As a reasonably regular visitor, I was very disappointed. The displays were superficial and ‘thin’, to be honest, there wasn’t a lot to see. Definitely gone downhill.Full review by johnerees

Free entry Great exhibition, with immersive experiences. Great place to see and learn history of some of world conflicts, with exhibits that draws you in.Full review by David D
Imperial war museum Duxford. A polish Freind is visiting IWM but does not speak English can you get headphones that translate to polish so he can enjoy the experience more
Hi can I ask if you are open after the Easter bank holiday Monday? and if so is it the usual 10am-1800Hrs please? I know you sometimes close during school holidays you see. Thank you

The museum is open over the weekend, you can check out their website enjoy your day.
It is free but frankly I wouldn't waste your time. The exhibits are meagre and the whole place has been dumbed down. Both HMS Belfast and the Cabinet War Rooms are far better.
