The basement offers a movie theatre like setup with a large sectional, a pub table and game table. The house is right down the street from a Dunkin Donuts and Speedway gas station as well as just a few blocks blocks away from downtown Grandview Heights where you can walk to a variety of local restaurants, shopping or Stauf’s coffee shop. The house is also only about 15 minutes from the CMH Columbus airport.
