Surfing Balangan and Dreamland is there Coast road to do surf checks or have to travel back inland to get between each place also Bingin ?

I've only been to balangan beach and there is no coast road there. The drive is about 25mins from the main road. It's not a bad drive, smooth roads and enjoy the view
Kuta beach vs Balangan beach. which one to choose. I half a day spare time in morning and half day in evening. I am staying in kuta area

Both are white sand beach, the difference is Kuta Beach is very crowded, while Balangan Beach is not. Balangan is better for surfing and the sand is more clean.
